Yes, on these packages. The setup price is kept low because the site is looked after afterwards — updates, backups, monitoring and, on Bedrift and Bestilling, small content changes. The agreement can be cancelled with one month of notice.

What happens if we need more pages than the package allows?

We say so before we start and price the extra pages, or move you to the package that fits. You never discover it as a line on an invoice afterwards.

Do we own the website?

You own the text, the images and the domain. If you want to move to another supplier we export the content and hand over the access.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Yes — that is most of our support work. We review what's there, tell you what's risky, and fix what's broken without rebuilding for the sake of it.

How fast do you reply?

Most requests get an answer within one business day. Business-blocking problems are read first.

The terms, in plain words

Prices and invoicing: All prices exclude VAT. Setup is invoiced at the start; the monthly charge runs from the day the site is published.
Third-party costs: Domain names, any third-party module licences and payment-provider fees come on top and are invoiced by that provider — not by us.
Ownership and moving away: You own the text, the images and the domain. If you want to move the site elsewhere, we export the content and hand over the access. The monthly agreement can be cancelled with one month of notice.
Extra work: Work outside the package is priced and approved by you before we start. We never begin anything you have not said yes to.
What the care minutes cover: The content-change minutes cover small text and image edits on existing pages. New pages, new functionality and redesigns are separate work.
