These terms apply when you use ovanap sites, send us a request or order a report. They are written to be read — short and in plain language.

Free review and quotes
Reviewing your request is free and carries no obligation. Paid work starts only after you have approved a written scope and price. Approved extra work is billed at the hourly rate stated on the pricing page unless agreed otherwise.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Monthly plans describe included capacity within the active period; unused time does not roll over unless agreed. The paid Extended Website Report (199 NOK, when available) is a one-time card payment handled by Stripe, and the report (with PDF) is delivered by email right after payment.
The free website check
The website check is an automated analysis combined with an AI-assisted review, provided "as is". It can contain errors or miss things — it is an honest starting point, not a guarantee or professional audit. Each email address gets one free full report per 6 months. We may limit or refuse checks that look automated or abusive.
Liability
We do our work carefully, but our liability for indirect losses is excluded, and our total liability for a delivery is limited to the amount paid for that delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always applies and is dated above. The terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Norwegian courts as the venue.
